My Role

As a UIUX and Visual Designer, my contribution to the Bosch "Living with Bosch", “Kitchen Installation E-guide” and “Bosch Home Quick Start Assistant” Web App would involve ensuring the user experience is seamless, intuitive, and aligned with the brand’s goals.

Kitchen Installation Online Guide

As the Lead UI/UX Designer for the Bosch Kitchen Installation Online Guide, my role involved overseeing the design and user experience of the microsite. The project aimed to guide customers through the process of Bosch kitchen installations, providing clear instructions and support.

Launch & Impact: The final microsite was successfully launched in 2018. It provided Bosch customers with a seamless, user-friendly way to learn about their kitchen installation options, improving customer satisfaction and supporting Bosch’s customer-centric approach.

Living with Bosch 

Launched “Living with Bosch” in January 2016. This special segment sits on Singapore’s Bosch Home website and houses over 300 content pieces, which I helped produce the master UI design, web layout and templates: 
 

  • Fresh Reads (articles)

  • Fun Facts, Fast (infographics)

  • Cookbook (videos & recipes)

  • Watch and Learn (‘how to’ videos, cooking videos)

  • E-zines (thematic compilations)

 
Since then, Content Marketing has helped Bosch Singapore become a Revenue Center. Bosch marketing teams from around the world have requested to repurpose and adapt the content and UIUX including individual APAC countries, China, UAE, United Kingdom, Peru, France, Taiwan and most notably, Germany (HQ).

Bosch EDDI Webapp

For the Bosch Home Quick Start Assistant Webapp, I focused on designing a seamless experience for users setting up their Bosch appliances. This included user flow mapping, wireframing, and creating visually appealing yet functional UI elements that simplified the setup process. The goal was to make the experience as intuitive as possible for a wide range of users, from tech-savvy individuals to those less familiar with digital tools.
